Your account and team
New accounts must verify their email address before signing in. Use a unique password of at least 12 characters. Invite team members with the permissions they need, and remove access when it is no longer required.
Payments through Stripe
When online payments are available, Stripe’s payment form handles card details. Bill & Bind records the payment result and limited payment information such as the card brand and last four digits. A successful payment does not mean a bank payout has completed.
Treat document links as confidential
Payment, signing, and shared-document links can give their holder access to the linked document. Share them only with the intended recipient. Do not post them publicly.
AI assistance
Review AI-generated text before sending it. Invoice descriptions and document content submitted to an AI feature may be processed by the configured AI provider. Avoid including information that the task does not need.
