Before you get started
What does the free plan include?
The free plan allows £50.00 in cumulative invoice value and up to three contracts per calendar month. The invoice-value allowance does not reset each month. Invoices other than cancelled invoices count towards it. Online card payments are listed in Pro and Business.
Will I be charged when I create an account?
No payment card is required to create a free account. A paid upgrade takes you through billing before a subscription starts.
When does money reach my bank?
A successful customer payment and a bank payout are different steps. Stripe processes online payments; payout timing depends on your Stripe account and bank. Stripe processing fees may apply separately from the Bill & Bind subscription.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
You can request cancellation from Billing. Your paid plan remains active until the end of its current billing period.
What should I know about pricing?
Prices shown are monthly subscriptions in GBP. Review the final amount, any applicable tax, and billing terms at checkout before paying.
Do I need to connect Stripe?
To accept online card payments, connect your business’s Stripe account and complete its onboarding. Customers enter payment details through Stripe’s payment form.
