Essential cookies and storage

• Authentication cookies (names containing authjs, sometimes with a Secure or Host prefix) maintain sign-in, protect form submissions and return you to the correct page. Login sessions can last up to 30 days; other authentication cookies may be session-only.
• The active-business cookie remembers which authorised business you are working in for up to one year.
• bnb_cookie_choice stores your accept or reject choice and its date for 180 days. It is used only to remember this preference. A changed policy version or an expired or deleted choice asks you again.
• Browser storage remembers your chosen theme and temporarily carries invoice or quote drafts between screens. Session storage also prevents repeated reloads when recovering from an outdated page. Draft handoffs are removed when read; other session storage ends with the browser session. Theme preferences remain until changed or cleared.

Optional external font previews

If you accept, preview fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details. This is external content rather than an analytics feature. If you reject, these requests are blocked and the site uses its locally served main fonts or fallback fonts. We have removed the unused Trustpilot widget. No advertising or analytics cookies are currently enabled.

Payments

Stripe provides secure payment forms on payment pages and its own hosted checkout. Payment and fraud-prevention technologies needed to complete a payment are separate from optional font previews. Rejecting optional content does not block checkout. Stripe manages its own cookies and storage on its services; see Stripe’s Cookie policy.

Change your choice

Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to accept or reject optional content again. Rejection removes the optional font stylesheet and stops it loading on subsequent visits. It cannot undo information already sent to Google or clear another provider’s browser storage. You can clear cookies and cached content using your browser settings. If your browser blocks preference storage, we apply your choice on the current page but may ask again on your next visit. Choices apply to this browser, not every device you use.
